The GT100-LCR is a GSM fixed wireless terminal w/ Least Cost Routing capability.

The main idea behind our "Least Cost Router" is to save you money on certain call types. For example, in most areas outside the U.S, calls from a land line to a cellular phone are very expensive. However, a mobile to mobile call is very affordable. What the router is designed to do is intercept all the mobile numbers that are dialed from the phone and it will connect the call using the built in GSM module. This results in saved costs because you are now using your home phone as a cellular phone to call the other party's mobile. All other numbers are passed through the PSTN (landline) like normal.

For example: Cellular Number Prefix: 044, 045 Program the unit to intercept prefixes 044 + 045. If you dial 281-550-5592 (local call); since this number does not have the prefixes 044 or 045 the router will dial out using the land line (PSTN). If you dial 044-788-7621 (cell); the router will switch over to the GSM module and call out via the cellular network creating a Mobile to Mobile call which is much cheaper.
