The user can converse on the telephone using Line 1 while also browsing the internet through dataport 2 which is on Line 2. If only one line is provided the phone functions as any common Hotel telephone. A tamper plug is supplied to be inserted into Dataport 2 if only one line is supplied. This will prevent the user from mistakenly trying to use Dataport 2.
