If you are sending in a commercial bell style payphone,
you MUST  include both upper and lower keys to qualify for a trade-in.

You can get your new phone more quickly if you order it now at regular price. You would then mail your old payphone into the address on the bottom of this page, along with a receipt of your new order, and we will mail you a refund check.

All trade-in phones must be received within 45 days of purchase to qualify for a refund check.
 Please mail your trade-in as soon as you purchase your new phone.

 We suggest you a use carrier with a tracking number system so you can track your trade-in phone coming back to us.

Enclose payment of cashier's check or money order for your new phone ( at trade-in price) , and please add $15.00 shipping and handling for desktop models and $25.00 for bell style models.
