Some special order items may take additional time.

Selection and payment of Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Air does not guarantee delivery in one, two or three days. All Air orders are prioritized over Ground orders, however due to variances in order preparation time, we do not guarantee when an order will ship regardless of the shipping method selected. Lead times vary by product and quantity and are also affected by our current volume of orders each day. If you have an urgent delivery requirement for your order, we suggest you call us at 1-800-884-4835 and we will do our best to provide you with an estimated delivery time and discuss all available options. For orders that do not ship or deliver when expected, shipping & handling charges will not be refunded and shipping methods will not be upgraded unless the customer agrees to pay the difference.

G-TEL Enterprises warranties the products we sell but we do not warranty delivery dates or shipping charges. If a problem occurs with an order or product, we will do our best to correct the problem as quickly as possible. However if air shipping is required, air shipping charges on replacements are still the responsibility of the customer regardless of the original shipping method
