The TC 5000 is a line sharing device that accepts 1-4 line inputs and has up to eight line outputs (4 of which can be used as inputs lines also).

Installation Procedure & Explanation:

1. TELCO lines are L1 to L4.

2. T1 to T8 are terminal device ports.

3. Terminal ports T1 to T4 are outgoing only.

4. Terminal ports T5 to T8 are incoming/outgoing.

5. Incoming terminal ports are as follows:

L1 to T8
L2 to T7
L3 to T6
L4 to T5

6. The sequence of line hunting for these terminals are as follows:
T1 : L1, L2, L3, L4
T2 : L1, L2, L3, L4
T3: L1, L2, L3, L4
T4: L1, L2, L3, L4
T5: L4, L1, L2, L3
T6: L3, L1, L2,L4
T7: L2, L1, L3,L4
T8: L1, L2, L3, L4

Note: For incoming calls:
A) The best way of having an incoming call reaching a particular terminal is L4 to L5. L1 to L8 is the first line searched by other terminals and could be busy.

B) Also, for incoming calls you can order L1 to L4 equivalency from TELCO to call to terminal ports T5 to T8 using main number, as long as you don't require to go to a particular terminal.
