The signaler monitors a telephone line for incoming calls. The bright strobe light flashes to alert the hearing impaired of an incoming call. Also, includes amplified ringer so that calls are never missed again. To install, connect the telephone line to the ringer's telephone line jack, then connect your telephone set to the ringer's telephone jack.
