The Protel 4.8V Ni-Cd/Ni-mH Battery Charger is an electronically regulated, current limited charger ideal for recharging 4.8V Nickel-Cadium or Nickel Metal-Hydride batteries used with most Protel payphones.

- Plugs into any standard electrical outlet.
- Capable of charging up to 3 batteries simultaneously.
- Features a timed charge rate with automatic switching to trickle rate after fourteen hours which enables the battery to be left on charge for an indefinite period while maintaining its full charge.
- LEDs provide visual indication of the charging mode.
- High-impact resistant thermo-plastic housing.

Battery Applications: 4.8 Volt, 500 mAh (4 x 1.2V cells) Nickel-Cadium or Nickel Metal-Hydride with Molex SL type connector (*Note* this charger can be supplied with two alligator clips instead of Molex connectors for no additional charge; please call 1-800-884-4835 for details)

Operating temperature range:
0 ºC to 40 ºC (32 ºF to 104 ºF); suitable for 105 to 129 VAC, 60 Hz. input; voltage regulation +/- 1.5% for line and load current up to nominal current rating.
