An excellently designed product. This should be part of every phone order. Don't debate, just get one.\

Advantages: Well designed, well conceived.

Disadvantages: The nominal extra cost is worth it.

Backplate was exactly as I expected. Easy to mount on the wall and has been supporting a payphone for the last month with no issues. Completely satisfied!
